Welchen Vorteil bietet das \u201eEU-Passporting\u201c einer MiCA-Lizenz?<br \/><\/strong><b data-path-to-node=\"7,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Antwort:<\/b> Das Passporting ist der gr\u00f6\u00dfte strategische Vorteil der MiCA-Regulierung. Ein Krypto-Unternehmen muss das langwierige Zulassungsverfahren nur <b data-path-to-node=\"7,0\" data-index-in-node=\"151\">ein einziges Mal<\/b> bei einer nationalen Finanzaufsichtsbeh\u00f6rde (z. Wie hoch sind die aufsichtsrechtlichen Kapitalanforderungen f\u00fcr ein CASP?<br \/><\/strong><b data-path-to-node=\"9,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Antwort:<\/b> MiCA teilt die Dienstleistungen in drei Risikoklassen ein, die das regulatorische Mindestkapital festlegen:<\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"9,1\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"9,1,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"9,1,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Klasse 1 (z. Anonyme Krypto-Transaktionen sind im regulierten Sektor ausgeschlossen.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-path-to-node=\"14\"><strong>6.
