Gaming-Lizenzen jetzt auf 10 Jahre<\/strong><br>Nach der erfolgreichen Durchf\u00fchrung des Antragsverfahrens erteilt die Malta Gaming Authority (MAG) eine Gaming-Lizenz mit der Geltungsdauer von 10 Jahren, statt von vorher 5 Jahren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Kategorien von Lizenzen<\/strong><br>Die MGA erteilt nunmehr Lizenzen der folgenden Kategorien:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&#8218;Business-to-Consumer-Lizenz&#8216;\u00a0zum Anbieten oder Ausf\u00fchren einer Gl\u00fccksspieldienstleistung, die es dem Betreiber erlaubt, Spiele anzubieten, bereitzustellen oder zu betreiben, an denen Spieler teilnehmen k\u00f6nnen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8218;Business-to-Business-Lizenz&#8216;\u00a0mit der Gaming Services zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt oder aufgestellt werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dabei unterscheiden die Remote Gaming Regulations 4 Spieltypen, wobei der Spielanbieter einen oder mehrere der genannten Spieltypen anbieten kann:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Typ 1\u00a0\u2013 Gl\u00fccksspiele, die gegen das Haus gespielt werden, deren Ergebnis durch einen Zufallsgenerator bestimmt wird. Dies umfasst Spiele vom Typ Casino, einschlie\u00dflich Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, Poker gegen das Haus, Lotterien, Zweitlotterien und virtuelle Sportspiele;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Typ 2\u00a0\u2013 Gl\u00fccksspiele, die gegen das Haus gespielt werden, deren Ergebnis nicht zuf\u00e4llig generiert wird, sondern durch das Ergebnis eines Events oder Wettbewerbs au\u00dferhalb eines Gl\u00fccksspiels bestimmt wird, und bei denen der Betreiber sein eigenes Risiko durch die Verwaltung der dem Spieler angebotenen Quoten steuert;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Typ 3\u00a0\u2013 Gl\u00fccksspiele, die nicht gegen das Haus gespielt werden und bei denen der Betreiber nicht dem Spielrisiko ausgesetzt ist, sondern Eink\u00fcnfte generiert, indem er eine Kommission oder eine andere Geb\u00fchr auf der Grundlage der Eins\u00e4tze oder des Preises nimmt. Dies umfasst Spieler-gegen-Spieler-Spiele wie Poker, Bingo, Wettb\u00f6rsen und andere auf Kommission basierende Spiele;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Typ 4\u00a0\u2013 Kontrollierte Geschicklichkeitsspiele gem\u00e4\u00df \u00a7 8 der Spielgenehmigungsbestimmungen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Die &#8218;Key Functions&#8216;<\/strong><br>Den fr\u00fcheren sogenannten &#8218;Key Official&#8216;, der als Director des Gaming-Unternehmens und Verbindungsperson zwischen der MGA und dem Gl\u00fccksspielanbieter fungierte, gibt es so nicht mehr. Dieses Erfordernis wurde ersetzt durch 15 sogenannte Key Functions, die von unterschiedlichen Personen wahrzunehmen und von der MGA zu genehmigen sind.
