Dazu geh\u00f6ren etwa Binance, die welt-gr\u00f6\u00dfte Crypto-Tauschplattform, Okex, eine weitere gro\u00dfe Tauschb\u00f6rse f\u00fcr digitale Assets sowie die DQR Gruppe, ein Konglomerat von Firmen rund um Mining und Bitcoin Consulting, sowie Neufund, eine Berlin-basierte Fundraising Plattform, und Poseidon, eine Non-Profit Organisation, die die Blockchain-Technologie nutzt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bis Ende Juli 2018 sollen 3 neue \u201ebills\u201c verabschiedet werden.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Woher kommt dieser Hype? Nun, Malta schickt sich an, dieses Jahr noch vor der Sommerpause, also voraussichtlich bis Ende Juli 2018, 3 Gesetze (\u201eBills\u201c) im Parlament zu verabschieden, die die Grundlagen schaffen f\u00fcr<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1. eine neue Malta Digitale Innovations Beh\u00f6rde (Malta Digital Innovation Authority Bill)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2. die Registrierung von Technology Dienstleistern (Technology Service Providers) und die Zertifizierung von DLT Plattformen (Distributed Ledger Technology) sowie von sog. \u201eSmart Contracts\u201c (Technology Arrangements and Services Bill)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3. die Regulierung von Anbietern, die virtuelle Finanzinstrumente und Assets anbieten und handeln, also etwa von Virtual Currency (VC) Brokern, Tauschb\u00f6rsen, elektronischen \u201eWallets\u201c sowie von VC Investment Beratern und sog. \u201eMarket Makers\u201c (Virtual Financial Assets Bill)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dabei werden auch Regeln und ein Verfahren entwickelt, anhand dessen die Malta Finanzaufsichtsbeh\u00f6rde MFSA (Malta Financial Services Authority) Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs) pr\u00fcft und genehmigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Blockchain und Fintech \u2013 neuer Schwerpunkt f\u00fcr die n\u00e4chsten Jahre<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Maltesische Regierung will mit dieser Initiative sicherstellen, da\u00df die Inselrepublik eine f\u00fchrende Drehscheibe wird im Bereich der Blockchain- und Crypto-Wirtschaft. In rund 10 Jahren sollen etwa 10 Prozent des Maltesischen Brutto-Inlandprodukts auf Wirtschaftsbereiche wie DLT und Blockchain entfallen. Dabei ist klar, da\u00df Blockchain nicht nur die Finanzwirtschaft (Fintech) revolutionieren, sondern auch die iGaming Industrie beinflussen und technologisch befruchten wird. Die Blockchain Technologien werden Einzug halten in das Online Gaming Gesch\u00e4ft, bei dem Malta ebenfalls eine wichtige Rolle spielt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Malta will damit die erste Jurisdiktion sein, die die notwendigen regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen schafft, damit die neuen Technologien in einem rechtssicheren Rahmen umgesetzt werden k\u00f6nnen.
