Dies hat die Malta Gaming Beh\u00f6rde MGA in einer Mitteilung am 10.August klargestellt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ab August sind damit Online Fantasy Sports Angebote (soweit diese keine Games of Chance sind) befreit vom \u00fcblichen Lizenzantragsverfahren bei der MGA (bisher galt das Verfahren f\u00fcr eine Class 3 Lizenz).<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auf der Grundlage der MGA Mitteilung sowie eines pers\u00f6nlichen Gespr\u00e4ches mit der Beh\u00f6rde haben wir bei Dr. Kresse International Law Firm f\u00fcr unsere Kunden praktische Erl\u00e4uterungen zusammengestellt. Nachfolgend nur ein kurzer Auszug hieraus; interessierte Anbieter beraten wir im Detail zu den Konsequenzen der neuen Entwicklung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kurze Zusammenfassung der neuen Situation bei Fantasy Sports f\u00fcr interessierte Anbieter:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1. Unternehmen, die Online Fantasy Sports anbieten wollen, k\u00f6nnen jetzt in Malta ohne Lizenz starten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2. Aber: Die MGA wird trotzdem ein wachsames Aufge auf die Angebote haben. Daher empfehlen wir, die neuen Angebote der MGA freiwillig vorzustellen, um eine Art Freigabe zu erhalten (Letter of Recognition).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3. Dann hat das neue Angebot die Sicherheit, dass der Anbieter das MGA Siegel erh\u00e4lt, also auf der MGA Website als registriert\/anerkannt gef\u00fchrt wird.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4. Die H\u00f6he der an die MGA abzuf\u00fchrenden Steuern auf solche Angebote wird voraussichtlich bei 5% bleiben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5.
